Walby Farm Park

"what are we doing today?"

Opened in 2008 you'll find indoor and outdoor fun on this family farm.

With Cumbria's largest indoor play area to explore, exciting outdoor play areas, lots of animal friends and a nature trail too, you really will be spoilt for choice!

Dare to have a go on the 24 foot demon drop slide (adults too!), dive into the ball pool or grab a sack and whizz down the Wavy Astra slide! You'll find swings, trampolines and a fantastic aerial slide in the outdoor play areas. Get behind the wheel and see how fast you can pedal our go-karts - or enter the 'Tractor Tower' for more pedal action.

Why not try the off-road Land Rover driving course or ride the Barrel Train (additional charges apply)! Feeling adventurous? Test your skills on our agility equipment or join our nature trail with information points for all the family.

And of course you'll find lots of animal friends. There's Mollie, our Clydesdale horse, Nellie our donkey with her beautiful foal Treacle, and many more farm animals, poultry and game birds. Come along to our "Demonstration Area" and get closer to your new friends!

"i'm hungry"

For those all important refreshments try the Curly Tails Cafe. Open from 10.00 'til 5.00 every day, there's delicious home-cooked food. Choose a light bite, or something tasty and filling. And there's plenty for the kids too. The Piglets' Pantry serves hot and cold drinks, cold food and ice creams and is open 10am till 5.30pm.
