The Dolphin and Seal Centre in North Kessock is run by the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.

The centre provides information about dolphins, seals and other wildlife you can see in the area. The centre has great views over the Kessock Channel, where we sometimes see dolphins, seals, otters and an array of birdlife!

Children can amuse themselves in the play corner with quizzes, colouring, giant jigsaws and dolphin detective activities. Phone the centre to ask about our monthly fun days! Binoculars are available to look for dorsal fins outside. When the dolphins are in the area our hydrophones let you hear the clicks and whistles made by the dolphins as they communicate with each other and search for food.

From Inverness follow the A9 northbound for 2km, crossing the Kessock Bridge. The Dolphin and Seal Centre is located in the Tourist Information car park, which is the first left over the bridge. Buses stop in North Kessock (you can access the centre via a set of steps from here) or at the first bus stop on the left after crossing the bridge.
