Verdant Works At Verdant Works the rattle and the roar of the orgininal restored machinery transport you back over 100 years to an era when jute was king and Dundee was its realm.
All weather 5-star award-winning attraction; Verdant Works is a hands-on experience for everyone.

Multimedia technology lets you touch the lives of the Mill workers. Interactive displays demonstrate how jute fibre was grown and how it is woven. It's a unique journey that brings the past alive!
They also have a Gift Shop and Cafe.

We do strongly suggest you ring Verdant Works before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.

Open all year, all weather attraction.
open every day except Christmas Day,Boxing Day and 1-2 January, and Mondays and Tuesdays during the winter season (Nov - March)
From April to October, Verdant Works is open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on Mondays to Saturdays and from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm on Sundays.
