Vale Park
This is an active park, full of exciting facilities including the Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre complete with its outdoor pool, leisure centre, competition pool and gym.

A play area was recently installed, followed by a 'teen' play area, new tennis courts, a multi-use games area and a bowls green. There is also a skatepark facility, but the park still remains a green and tranquil place close to the town centre.
The playground is suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12 years. The teen play area from 13 upwards.
To make sure that all users remain safe in the play areas, each site is inspected weekly. An annual inspection is also carried out by an independent body such as the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) or the National Playing Fields Association (NPFA).
