Tynemouth Pool offers standard swimming facilities with 1, 3 and 5m diving boards.
Their Kidzone session has toys, floats and all the recent chart hits playing to add a little fun.
All this free of charge with a junior EASE card (available from reception).

Thursday: 7.15am-7.15pm (Gym until 9.30pm)
Friday: 7.15am-6.30pm (Gym until 7.00pm)
Saturday: 8.30am-2.30pm (Gym until 4.00pm last admission is 3pm)
Sunday: 8.30am-3.00pm
Please note last admission 45 minutes prior to closing.
