Splash out at Tropicana, Newcastle's outdoor heated leisure pool with a giant waterslide.

There are paddling pools just for toddlers with a âNellie the Elephantâ slide. In the summer the Newcastle Centre runs a summer creche for 3 to 5 year olds while 6 to 12 year olds can be entertained in their summer scheme.

We do strongly suggest you ring Tropicana before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.
