Things To Do
The Titanic Experience extends over 9 interactive and impressive galleries, with multiple dimensions and angles to the exhibition's presentation, with special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and cool interactive features to explore! Travel back in time to the 20th century and experience the sights, smells, sounds and stories of the RMS Titanic, as well as the city and people that made her. 

Explore the shipyard land, venture the decks and travel to the depths of the ocean. Uncover the true legend of the great Titanic - in the city where it began. The journey concludes with the discovery of the wreck and a modern analysis of the disaster. Visitors can hop inside a cabin which glides around a mock-up of Titanic's shipyard and a full-scale replica of the ship's 23.7m-high rudder.

Complete your Titanic Experience with a list of the world's last remaining White Star vessel and RMS Titanic’s original tender ship, the SS Nomadic. You can also walk the decks here, explore the ship and journey through the 100 years of authentic maritime and social history. There's a self-guided tour starting every 20 minutes, if you're on a tight schedule you need to book your time slot ahead of your visit and arrive 15 minutes before it starts to confirm your presence. They're very popular so it's worth doing especially in summer! Get on onboard for a fantastic day!

Take a walk down the Maritime Mile - it's The Great Light is located on the new Titanic Walkway. The walkway is 500 metres long! It begins on Victoria Wharf and connects the Titanic Slipways to HMS Caroline and the Thompson Dock.
 
Food & Drink
Your brain is crammed with mind-blowing facts and your legs are tired from walking but you want to carry on your family quest! It's a good job you can stop off at one of many different food outlets and cafes onsite. 

Looking to Grab and go? The Gallery Cafe is the perfect solution for families who need a quick snack or beverage. This Express Food Bar offers local and seasonal produce with a range of specialty coffee and range of fine teas. 

Soak up the ambience in more of a sit down / restaurant setting at The Pantry. Inspired by The Pantry on board White Star Line vessels and the passengers there, this restaurant showcases the very best of local seasonal Northern Ireland produce all freshly prepared by a team of Chefs. 

Bursting with nostalgia, Hicksons Point offers an authentic 1900’s public house setting, serving up the spirit of the shipyard with traditional music, entertainment, heritage décor and locally produced food. We think all families will LOVE this setting. 
 
Accessibility 
The Titanic visitor experience should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone which is why disabled visitors will be happy to know that there is lots of accessibility at Titanic Belfast.  
  • All circulation spaces at Titanic Belfast are fully accessible as are the Titanic Experience galleries. There are some dimensional and weight restrictions on the Shipyard Ride which may mean that some wheelchairs, and all mobility scooters, will be unable to be accommodated within the accessible car.
  • All areas of the exhibition which have audio have integrated loop systems, visitors who wear hearing aids should switch them to the T setting.
  • There are 2 levels of underground car park. Level -2 has 6 accessible spaces. Level -1 has 4 accessible spaces. Value Cabs, our taxi partner, have a number of accessible vehicles and can drop visitors off at our Taxi drop off point. Tel: +44 (0)28 9080 9080
  • Multimedia guides with BSL

Travelling & Parking for Visitors
Located just 1.5 miles from Belfast City centre, it's a 25 - 30 minute walking distance away. One great thing about being located near a city is of course, the excellent transport! Hey, you might even get in some city-sightseeing on your way to Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic.  
By Foot
Titanic Belfast is only 2.4km (1.5 miles) away from Belfast City Centre - a pleasant 25-30 minute walk. Download our Walking Route Map.
By Car
Vehicles approaching Belfast on the M1 or M2 should follow the signs to Belfast City Airport M3, taking the first exit for Titanic Quarter. There are 520 secure, underground paid parking spaces available.
By Taxi

By Train
Translink operates regular train services from Belfast City Centre and beyond. For up-to-date information on timetables please see translink.co.uk. Please disembark at Titanic Quarter Station for Titanic Belfast. From here there is pedestrian access via a footbridge, please then follow signage to Titanic Belfast. Walking time is approx. 15 mins from the station. Download our Walking Route Map for directions.
By Bus or Glider 
Translink operates Metro Services 26, 26A, 26B, 26C from Belfast City Centre - departing outside the Belfast Welcome Centre to Titanic Belfast. While the Airport Express 600, 600A, 600B services Belfast City Centre, Titanic Belfast and George Best Belfast City Airport. View timetables here for latest information.
By Air
George Best Belfast City Airport is a short 5-10 minute drive from Titanic Belfast, with regular bus links and taxi or car hire available at the airport. For full details please see belfastcityairport.com.
 
Belfast International Airport is a 30 minute drive from Titanic Belfast, with a regular bus service running to Belfast City Centre - Airport Express 300/300A. Onward travel to Titanic Belfast is via bus routes detailed above. Taxi and car hire services are also available at Belfast International Airport, for full details please see belfastairport.com.
 
Dublin Airport is around 90 minutes drive from Titanic Belfast, with a regular bus service and car hire available. 
Parking
Titanic Belfast has 520 secure, underground parking spaces. Parking charges begin at £2 for the first hour and £1 per hour thereafter.
The underground car park is open 24hrs and has a maximum height of 2.1 metres. For high sided vehicles there are several pay and display above ground car parks available nearby on Queen’s Road.
