The Holyhead Breakwater Railway Company operates within the beautiful Breakwater Country Park (see our listing).

The train runs alongside a coastal wilderness up to the square lighthouse and back.
The Land Train runs daily over Easter, Whit, and school summer holidays. At other times during the summer it runs on weekends.
The Land Train runs from Newry Beach, Holyhead to the Breakwater Country Park, with one daily train running to the end of the Breakwater.
Times: daily 12 Noon, then every hour until 4PM. (The 2PM train runs along the Breakwater).
All trains subject to weather conditions, and this is especially so for the Breakwater runs. We strongly advise you contact us before making a special trip to visit us.
Party bookings and School Trips available by request. The Land Train has a wheelchair lift, and they can cater for all persons and carers, pushchairs and pets!
