The Living Rainforest

"what are we doing today?"

Explore the rainforest, and discover its wonders for yourself.

On your visit, look out for free roaming lizards, birds and butterflies - you never know where they will appear next! See some of the world's most popular foods, from bananas to coffee, cocoa and ginger... as well as plants that have changed the way we live today.

Plus... monkeys, a crocodile and much more. We often have our fun face painters transforming you into wild and wonderful creatures, and our popular t-shirt printing workshop, where you can create a wonderful memento of your day.

Keep up to date with all our activities on our website! The Living Rainforest is a fun outing for all the family.

"i'm hungry"

"Can I have one of those?"

"are we there yet?"

The Living Rainforest is approximately 45 minutes from west London, 1 hour from Bristol and 30 minutes from Oxford. You can follow brown tourist signs from M4 Junction 13, which is just 10-15 minutes' drive away.

A bus service from Newbury operates direct to the centre six days a week, and from Pangbourne five days a week.
