"what are we doing today?"

The Lavender line is East Sussex best kept secret!, Our line is now just a mile long and starts at Isfield station.

They are extremely excited to announce that the Lavender lines new station at Little Horsted is now officially open for the public too!

There is no station at Little Horsted and train rides normally last about 15 minutes per trip with trains leaving every half hour.

The Family area provides an enclosed environment where children can play and enjoy the swings and other play equipment whilst parents watch and supervise.

"i'm hungry"

Cinders Buffet is open throughout our opening times serving a wide range of hot and cold meals plus teas and snacks and our famous breakfasts on Sundays. The facility can also be hired for private events. The visitor's picnic area has tables and seating alongside the line where you can enjoy your own food and watch the trains coming and going.

"Can I have one of those?"

The Gift Shop has a wide range of railway gifts and toys as well as second hand books and magazines.

"i need a wee"

There is adequate facilities including a disabled toilet

and baby come too...

Tickets are valid for unlimited train rides on the day of issue and include free car parking.

  Opening Times: 2012 Opening Details:
Trains normally run about every 30 minutes throughout the day from 11.00am to 5.00pm. Check before you leave that it's an open day.
