You can escape to another age as you discover mysterious follies in these idyllic surroundings!
Let the kids loose in 1,000 acres of landscaped parkland, then take a stroll around the Farm and feed the fun and friendly animals, or see if you can find your way out of the Golden Jubilee Maze. There is so much to see and do here, you will be spoiled for choice!
A number of different trails are available for children too, that are suitable for all ages, and available from the Visitor Centre. The ‘I Spy’ trails are designed especially for younger children (under 5 years) and have a number of tasks to keep them entertained, such as collecting information on peacocks and llamas, or looking for hidden characters! Spent a lovely few hours here culminating in the grandchildren (twins) visiting Father and Mrs Christmas. The whole experience was extremely well organised with only small groups at a time. The children enjoyed their carriage ride drawn by a donkey and they were thrilled to sit with Father Christmas, who was delightful and gave them plenty of his time. We would certainly recommend it.
