If you’re looking for a fun activity for all ages, then visit us at Seashore Ceramics: a brand-new pottery painting studio in Teignmouth.

Choose from our exciting range of ready-to-paint pottery, and then the fun starts with paints, stamps and stencils all provided.

Cheerful and creative staff are on hand to provide guidance and advice, and you can also treat yourself to hot drinks and snacks from our cafe. Items are ready for collection between 2 and 4 days, and can also be posted directly for a very reasonable price. We're also available for parties and events.

Accessible for wheelchairs, no restrictions.
When you're finished, why not enjoy a stroll along the sea-front or visit Teignmouth's fantastic outdoor play area!

We offer a delicious range of refreshments at Seashore Ceramics. Whether you choose a freshly-ground coffee, one of our variety of teas, or treat yourself to a slice of locally-baked cake not forgetting juice and snacks for the kids we’ll make sure you don’t go hungry or thirsty!

We make sure juice and raisin/fruit boxes are always available as a healthy option, and are more than happy to accommodate special dietary requirements - please just give us a call before you come so we can make sure we have what you need in stock.

We have toilet facilities and can provide an extra table for the bathroom for baby changing.

We don't sell baby food but we are more than happy to warm milk for parents.

Seashore Ceramics can be reached from the A380 heading South from Exeter towards Newton Abbot, turning off at signs to Teignmouth and taking the B3192. Plenty of parking is available in the town. From Teignmouth town centre, head towards The Triangle shopping area and Station Road is on your left just past WHSmith. From Teignmouth train station, cross the road from the main exit and Station Road is on your right. Buses to Teignmouth also run from Exeter and Newton Abbot (no. 2 route)

At Seashore Ceramics we love to help and provide advice and guidance with your painting, but we provide the paints, brushes and even disposable aprons, so all you need to bring is your imaginations! It's more enjoyable if you take your time, so particularly if bringing slightly older children, please set aside 1-2 hours for this activity. We've made sure we have plenty of room for buggies and also provide toys and colouring books to help keep younger children who finish painting early entertained.
