Ryton Pools Country Park

"what are we doing today?"

Ryton Pools Country Park

Explore this picturesque country park on foot or on your bike.

Surfaced paths make it easy! Feed the ducks at Ryton Pool, play games on the picnic meadow and burn off some more energy on our two play areas.

If you still want more, why not build a den in the Children's Wood and have your lunch inside?

If you are feeling adventurous then the ancient Ryton Wood is waiting for you to explore, so don't forget your binoculars (and your wellies if it's wet!)!

Also pop in to the Visitor Centre and talk to the friendly staff about taking part in our exciting family events.

"i'm hungry"

Ryton Pools Country Park has a Cafe selling hot food, ice cream and refreshments. There are plenty of picnic benches around the site and a large picnic meadow overlooking Ryton Pool.

"Can I have one of those?"

A range of products from children's pocket money gifts to wildlife books, ornaments and local honey.

"are we there yet?"

Travelling on the A45 (from Coventry towards the M1) turn right at the roundabout following the signs for Leamington and Warwick. You are now on the A445. Drive through the village of Ryton- on- Dunsmore and continue straight on towards Leamington. Approximately 1 mile beyond the village is the entrance to Ryton Pools Country Park signposted on the left hand side.

...got any top tips?

Paths around the park are buggy friendly (but Ryton Wood can be muddy so bring your wellies if it's wet!). Check out our events program. The paths in the Country Park are surfaced and wheelchair accessible. The paths in Ryton Wood are un-surfaced and can be very muddy.
