There is the Royal Victoria Miniature Railway which sends various miniature steam and diesel engines along a 1mile track with railway events throughout the year.

Play areas include a small children's play area, older children's play area and a play area for disabled children. The woodland trails here are also wonderful with free maps and guides available. The Park also contains a heritage site: all that remains of the ancient military hospital now holds the site's history, a shop and 150ft viewing tower.
