Ripley Castle

Ripley castle, built in 1345, is full of armour, priests hiding holes and lots of great histrorical things to look at.

There are also beautiful gardens and a deer park which the smalls will love - and a large tropical plant collection.

We do strongly suggest you ring Ripley Castle before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.
