Rickmansworth Aquadrome Nature Reserve
The Rickmansworth Aquadrome is a Local Nature Reserve in the heart of Rickmansworth.
There are two lakes, Batchworth and Bury Lake, where, if you are a member of the appropriate club you can try fishing, windsufing, canoeing, sailing, model yachting or waterskiing.
There is childrens' play area, an adult outdoor gym, a dog-free picnic area as well as a cafe.
Most footpaths are surfaced.
Cycle racks are available.
Parking is free.
The Aquadrome has a cafe on-site.
No shop!
Toilet facilities include disabled and baby changing table.
To get to the Aquadrome take the A404. At each of the next three roundabouts take the second exit. Third exit back towards Rickmansworth, then left by the White Bear pub on to Harefield Road. Take the first right after the supermarket on to Frogmoor Lane. The car park is straight ahead, over the bridge.
