The REME Museum of Technology is a military museum illlustrating the history and work of the Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.

Half term activity days with a mini assault course, bug hunt and lots themed activities. 9 other holiday activity days throughout the year to entertain kids.

Cafe serving drinks and beverages and light lunches 11 - 2.30 pm Mon - Fri At all other times there are drink and snack machines available. Picnic areas in the grounds.

Picnic areas allow you to bring your own health options. (that's true - never thought of that! - Rob)

Pocket money gifts for kids. Toys relating to the education packages and collections. Camouflage kit.

Disabled toilets and nappy changing facilities are available.

Babies are welcome (and free); ‚ we provide a nappy changing area but no bottle warming facility.

From the A30/M3 - Take the A327 north from the A30, signposted Wokingham. If travelling towards London, the turning is on the left just after the end of a dual carriageway. If travelling away from London, the turning is on the right after Blackbushe Airport. Proceed for approximately 5 miles along the A327. At the second roundabout, turn right (second exit) and then, after a further 200 yards, turn right again into Biggs Lane, signposted Arborfield Garrison and REME Museum. Turn left at the mini roundabout after approximately ‚½ mile and turn immediately right into the Museum car park

Activities are suitable for children aged 5 - 12. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Suitable ratio of adults to children is 1 adult to 2 children. Events are usually 'drop in' and do not need booking unless specifically stated. All events are from 11 am till 3.30pm Bring a change of clothes for the half-term assault course as it gets wet!
