Potter About is a ceramic café with a children's play corner and gift shop.

A fun filled place for ALL the family. Kids can come to paint pottery, the choice is varied, from little animal ornaments to mugs and plates, there is something for all. If younger children don't want to paint, the play corner is great too with wall mounted toys and a corner shop! Mum and Dad can relax while their children play and enjoy Fairtrade tea and coffee, hot lunches and our fantastic home baking (the cupcakes are popular) Pop in to see us if you're passing by.

Potter About has a variety of food and drink available. From cooked breakfasts to ice cream the food in the cafe is fresh and delicious.

We provide picking platters with an array of fruit, cheese and breadsticks, perfect for the picky kid.

We sell in our gift shop a selection of gifts ranging from designer branded gifts to more handmade ranges.

We have Disabled toilets with changing table available. Nappies are provided in case you run out.

We can warm your baby's food or drink for you.

As you come into Burntisland Town centre, Potter About is on the High Street, opposite the post office and next to the co-operative shop. Links by bus from Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline are available and from Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy by train.

Potter About is buggy friendly and baby friendly (we have changing facilities with spare nappies).
