We took our daughter to Playtime soft play in Oswaldtwistle today. The centre was easy to find but we were unsure if we had arrived at the right place as the outside of the building does look like it needs a face-lift to say the least! Inside has a cheap and cheerful look. Lots of activities to keep little ones busy including a bouncy castle, ball pool with climbing/sliding apparatus, small baby section and bikes/cars. There is a small cafe serving drinks and snacks (toast, chocolate bars, crisps, toasties and sandwiches)-served by a very friendly lady! The centre caters for small children's parties with a choice of time slots. All in all it is worth a visit-£2.50 is good value for an afternoons entertainment!

- Rachael / July 07 Just been to the Playtime! Playcentre in Oswaldtwistle near Accrington. I am a childminder and had heard of a special offer they do all day on Thursdays. It was only £2 per child entrance and that entitled the kids to unlimited play and also got me a cup of tea or coffee and the kids a juice! I thought that was great value! Excellent play facilities with plenty of ride ons, etc and they sell reasonably priced food too such as beans on toast, hot dogs, toasties and such. The kids had a good time and will definately be back for more! Friendly staff and clean!!
