The Oceanarium is open daily from 10am, with extended opening hours during the summer evenings. Closed Christmas Day. And remember, your ticket is valid throughout the day!

We do strongly suggest you contact Oceanarium before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, as there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.

The Oceanarium is located next to Bournemouth Pier, just a 5 minute walk from the town centre. From the A338 Wessex Way, follow the brown tourist signs for the Oceanarium, Pier and Beaches. Pay and Display car parking is available at the Bath Road or BIC car parks.

To help you make the most of your visit, your Oceanarium ticket is valid all day. To be re-admitted, just show your receipt to the admissions staff. You can make great savings on your tickets if you buy them from the Oceanarium website.
