The New Palace and Adventureland on the famous Promenade at New Brighton, Wirral, offers a tremendous range of family fun-filled entertainment and activities.

Our traditional family amusement arcade, The Bright Spot, has something for everyone including state of the art video driving, adventure and shooting simulators, dance games, plus the always popular slots and 'pushers', as well as mini-bowling and toy-grabbers.

Adventureland, our indoor children's play area, was fully refurbished in 2003 and is suitable for children from toddlers to age 13.

One of the largest indoor children's play areas in the country, Adventureland has plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained for hours including a 30ft snake slide, a 25ft climbing wall, ropes to climb, ball ponds, large inflatables and soft play areas especially for toddlers.

We also offer fully-catered Children's Parties at Adventureland, in our Party Room, for small and large groups of children, with a great choice of party food/buffet menus to suit all tastes and requirements.

If the weather's good children will love the outdoor funfair, featuring traditional and modern rides and activities for children from toddlers

We offer a variety of Snacks and Shops along the entrance to the New Palace on the Marine Promenade, New Brighton.

Bright Spot Snack Bar Send your hunger pangs packing with a great choice of food for everyone. We also cater very much with children in mind. Ice Cream Shop It's no surprise to hear that this is one of our more popular units! Selling high quality Cart D'Or ice cream in a vast variety of flavours. It also sells the award winning Cheshire Farm ice cream, which is made locally.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, dairy/nut free diets and other allergies/intolerances are catered for in the cafe/snack bars and for catered children's parties at Adventureland.

The Rock Shop sells all the usual seaside favourites including buckets and spades, nets for rock pools, rock, sweets, chocolates, fudge, crablines and kites.

Toilet facilities include disabled toilets, baby changing rooms and toddler loo seats.

Baby food is not sold on-site, but we're more than happy to heat milk for babies' bottles in the cafe.

From all directions, follow the brown information signs for New Brighton and continue on the promenade until you reach The New Palace and Adventureland on Marine Promenade.

The New Palace and Adventureland attractions are suitable for families with children from toddlers to age 13, but please note that some activities in Adventureland are only suitable for children up to 5 feet tall.

Me and my two children aged 6 and 9 went to Adventureland recently, and had a great time. This indoor play area has something for all ages from toddler to pre-teen. It is secure, well staffed, clean and good value for money. The climbing wall was popular with the slightly older children(ages 8 up), and was only £1 extra.Remember that your child must bring/wear trainers though, to climb the wall. There are free video games within Adventureland (only for children!!) and a vending machine for drinks and snacks with seated area. We are planning to go back again,recommended.
