National Glass Centre
The National Glass Centre is dedicated to exploring ideas through glass and providing opportunities for people to be creative, enjoy themselves and feel inspired.
Based in a unique, contemporary glass and steel building, the National Glass Centre houses exhibition galleries, artists studios and production facilities, craft and design shop and an award winning café/restaurant.
National Glass Centre is part of the University of Sunderland.
They deliver a programme of changing exhibitions, education programmes and events for schools, families, adults and children.
Live glass blowing with commentary can be viewed everyday at 12 and 3pm.

Open every day except 25 & 26 December and 1 January.
