Adorable Animals
Meet, feed and learn about all your favourite farm animals at Mead Open Farm. Get up close with the rabbits during Bunny Hop, hand feed some goats in their undercover barn or groom the ponies during Pony Grooming. Make sure you say hello to the cows, alpacas, donkeys or sheep, then pop to Piggy Palace to see the pigs - and maybe even some piglets if you come at the right time of year!

Indoor & Outdoor Adventure
Explore acres of outdoor adventure and indoor play at Mead Open Farm. The best news of all? All the below is included in your ticket price!
Outdoor Play
Zoom down the wooden toboggan track, Shaggy's Raceway, leap onto the jumping pillows, then take on new heights with a giant rock climbing wall or the Sky Trail high ropes obstacle course. Did you know it's 20ft high? You'll find a bird's eye view of the farm park, which is pretty impressive!*
Head to Topsy Turvy to climb, swing and slide in the large outdoor play area. Whizz around the go-karts course then head for a round of 9-hole crazy golf. Then dig, build and play in the Digger Village where everyone can have some fun in the sand.
Visiting from April to October? You can’t miss their Tractor and Trailer ride.
They’ve got plenty for smaller kids too, including a jumping pillow for under 5’s, Sky Tykes for daring kids under 1.2 metres, mini pedal go-karts, plus special under 5’s areas in Topsy Turvy and Shaggy’s Cove - a sand and water play area!
*Please note. Sky Trail, Sky Tykes, the rock climbing wall and the Tractor and Trailer rides are seasonal, running weekends and during school holidays from April to October. Some activities may be closed at times due to weather.
Indoor Play
Come rain or sunshine, Shaggy's Playworld is packed with even more fun, from 65ft drop slides to scramble nets and spinning platforms.
For even more indoor adventures, explore the Veggie Wood play area or Mini Moo’s soft play area for kiddies under 5.
Shaggy’s On Road Adventure*
Start your engines! Jump into one of Shaggy’s On Road Adventure mini 4x4’s to zoom around the track in the motorised vehicles!
*Please note. Shaggy’s On Road Adventure operates during weekends and school holidays from February to October and is an additional fee of £3.50 for 3 laps per car payable on the day.

From Dino Week to Summer Spectacular, Freaky FunFest and Christmas at Mead Open Farm, there’s a huge variety of special seasonal events happening year-round at the farm. Don’t forget their hugely popular Family Fireworks Night.
