About Loughgall Country Park
The exciting adventure play area and Junior Adventure Trail are styled like a mini assault course with swinging steps, Burma Bridge and Tram Tracks (plus a few classic add-ons like the swings and slides!) for kids to burn off some energy and get some exercise. Similar but physically larger Trim Trails around the park offer random opportunities to get in even more clambering about, with things like the Pole Climb, Balance Beams and Ladder Walk! And these are big enough for you, mum! Hope you've got your trainers on!
Once you've had a good play, there are 3 main walking and cycling routes range in duration from just over 3k to just under 6k, plus additional EcoTrails with maps to follow and activities to enjoy which you can download from the website in advance and take along.
Fishing is available on the lake with a permit, and an adult level golf course is here too, strictly for the older types. There's also a multi use games area suitable for tennis and basketball, with equipment hire from the park reception and booking advised during summer.
