Set in fantastic grounds, this charming Edwardian country house is surrounded by beautiful formal, wildflower and wooded grounds, as well as a red deer park and a bird garden which has one of the country's most impressive and important collections of rare and endangered species.
There's a great adventure playground with equipment for all ages and mobility levels, plus picnic areas and nature trails.

We do strongly suggest you contact Lotherton Hall before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, as there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.
Summer opening times (March to October)
House, cafe, shop and bird garden: 10:00 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:15.
Estate gates : 07:30 to 20:00.
Winter opening times (November to February):
House, cafe, shop and bird garden: 10:00 to 16:00 with last entry at 15:15.
Estate gates : 07:30 to 17:00.
During January and February entry to the house is by guided tour only at 11:00 and 14:00.
Christmas opening times:
Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
The estate will close early at 13:00 on 24th and 31st December, with last entry at 12:15.
