Llandudno Beach

"what are we doing today?"

Llandudno Beach
A vast expanse of dark sand where you can stroll fully half a mile to the sea when the tide is out.

Not bad for swimming but exercise caution as there's no lifeguard cover.
The Victorian Pier, is one of Llandudno's greatest attractions. At 2,295 foot long it is the longest pier in Wales and one of the finest recreational piers in the United Kingdom.
Donkey and Pony Rides have been a popular attraction on Llandudno’s sandy beach for over 125 years and continue to appeal to the children of all ages. There are also Punch and Judy shows regularly during the summer.
Immediate facilities are limited to toilets and parking but the town itself is not far away.
Do check out our listings for the nearby Bronze Age Great Orme Copper Mines with their underground museum, and the Great Orme Cable Car.
