Lifestyles Garston are by far the busiest and best swimming pool in Liverpool.

We don’t operate ‘sessions’ and children are able to stay in the pool for as long or as little as they like. We have a wide range of junior coached activities including martial arts, swimming lessons, pre-school swim lessons plus football and swimming birthday parties. Our adult Zumba classes are amazingly popular and we recently launched a Family Zumba session on Saturday afternoon for mums, dads and children.

Full vending and cafe facilities.

We sell a very wide range of healthy options: salads, pastas, granary bread, jacket potatoes and wraps together with hot and cold drinks including: hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and milk shakes.

We don’t have a souvenir shop but do sell swimming accessories such as: goggles, swim caps, ear plugs and swim nappies.

Toilets and Changing facilities including Baby Changing facilities.

We do provide milk warming for parents.

Try not to forget your goggles, swim cap or swim nappy, but if you do, don’t worry we have them all on sale at reception at very reasonable prices. There are 6 designated disabled parking bays within the car park. There is a wet side chair available. There is an adapted changing room, shower and toilet facilities There is a ramped entrance into the pool and a hoist for wheelchair users to access the water.
