Lee Valley Park Farms

"what are we doing today?"

Lee Valley Park farms offer two fantastic experiences and are nestled in the middle of picturesque River Lee Country Park, Waltham Abbey.

At Hayes Hill Farm you can meet a variety of exciting animals, including - Tallulah - and - Barbara - the pigs, Ella and Eve the goats, mice, snails, rabbits, and even Newton the bearded dragon. After an activity packed day with all the animals, time out to play can be taken in the tractor barn, where there's mini tractors, -The Pit- to dig in, and an adventure play area.

There's also a brand new Bundle Barn to explore; the new indoor soft play area where children can moo like a cow while whizzing down the big cow slide or dive into the ball pools, while Mum and Dad relax with a cup of tea or coffee. There are also many picnic areas to sit and recharge with a picnic or theres delicious food in The Orchard Cafe‚ with a range of locally sourced produce.

At Holyfield Hall Farm you can learn about life on a working modern dairy and arable farm. Stroll down or take a tractor and trailer ride (weekends & school holidays only) to the farm, where you can visit the milking parlour to see the cows being milked and learn about the process of making dairy products.

There are a host of activities taking place at Lee Valley Park Farms every weekend and during school holidays including ¯Â¿Â½Meet the animals¯Â¿Â½, sheep sheering, pony rides, pig races, and bottle feeding the lambs.

Lee Valley Park Farms are set in the 26 mile long, 10,000 acre Lee Valley Regional Park. There¯Â¿Â½s certainly plenty to explore in the Park, from athletics, golf, ice skating, horse riding, walking, water sports, gardens and heritage sites, or simply enjoying the countryside, there¯Â¿Â½s something for all the family.
