Lazer Planet Ultimate Laser Tag
Lazer Planet Ultimate Laser Tag offers great family entertainment, suitable for everyone aged 6 to 96!
Games start every 20 minutes and comprise a safety briefing, and pack fitting, followed by a15 minute mission in the Arena.
Your pack is a vest with sensors attached, which slips over your head.
Attached to it is your Phazer, which fires a harmless red laser beam.
Up to 30 people can play in a game, divided into 3 teams. The most popular games are Team Games, with or without your base to defend. Every time you are hit your pack is deactivated for a few seconds, and you lose points. When you hit another player, or their base, you score points.
At the end of your game a giant display shows your team score, and printouts are available for your individual performance.
The glow in the dark Arena is a maze which features ramps, towers, and 3 bases. It features a futuristic space theme, atmospheric music and lighting effects.
Most players play 2 or 3 games in a visit, with a break in between.
Birthday Party Packages are available, plus special rates for School and Scout Groups.
It can also be a good fundraiser for PTA Groups and Charities.
Lazer Planet is housed in ScotKart Indoor Karting, so kids aged 8+ can kart as well (once they have completed a Introductory lesson).
There is a soft play centre next door for younger Children – see the Monkey Madness listing.
Lazer Planet is a 4 Star Activity Centre as rated by Visitscotland.
There is a café at Lazer Planet selling well priced snacks, burgers and hot-dogs at peak times. At other times there is a selection of vending machines offering snacks, cold drinks and hot drinks.
The Café staff will do their best to accommodate any requests.
Membership Tags are available which allow you to personalise your pack identity, access the member’s terminal, and attend Member's Events.
We don’t sell baby food, or have milk-warming facilities.
Lazer Planet is just off the A814 Dumbarton Road between Glasgow City Centre and Clydebank, at Yoker. Coming from Glasgow you pass a Farmfoods and Esso garage, turn right at the next lights, then first left. There are many buses from Glasgow which stop on Dumbarton Rd. There is a regular train service from Glasgow, which stops at Yoker, only a few hundred yards from the centre.
To enjoy your Laser Planet experience it’s best to wear trainers. Remember to sort out your team tatics before you enter the Arena!
