LaserZone
LaserZone Bradford is one of the largest lasertag centres in the UK.
Using state of the art, computer controlled equipment, you score points by shooting your opponents.
You can terminate other players for a short time and you can even earn extra points by deactivating the bases inside the arena (but be careful, they can shoot back!).
The game is played in our professionally themed, 8,000 square foot laser arena filled with special effect lighting, great music and theatre grade anti-allergenic smoke all creating an exciting atmosphere, adding to the overall game experience.
We cater for children of all ages (even the bigger kids) although players must be a minimum of 3.5 feet tall (105cm) for safety reasons and there is no maximum age limit.
At the start of each game there is a full briefing, then you are now ready to enter the arena, a battlefield full of hidden corners and strange buildings.
On entering you have 20 seconds to hide. Once this time has elapsed your pack lets you know by saying "Prepare to activate". You are now armed and ready: it is time to hunt your opponents.
The arena has plenty of places to hide, but there is never anywhere that is completely safe. Even the most secure areas have hidden mines and sentinels.
A voice will make you aware of the end of the game and ask you to proceed to the exit.
There, the marshal will be waiting to help anyone struggling to remove their packs, and will remind them of their pack names. These are important as once you re-enter our reception, you will be given a score sheet showing you your game stats and how well you did in the game.
Full wheelchair access to the whole building.
LaserZone offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, sweets and crisps, but although we do offered catered birthday party packages, we do not sell food to customers separately.
A vegetarian option is available for catered parties if required.
T-Shirts, Lanyards, Members Keytags.
Disabled Toilet with baby changing facilities.
LaserZone is about 500 meters up Thornton Road (B6145) from Bradford City Centre and about 10 minutes walk from the main Bus and Train station. We also have our own private car park at the rear of the building.
When playing in the LaserZone arena, it is advisable to wear dark clothing and heelies are not permitted. Whilst booking is not essential, it is always advisable to call ahead on the day (if you do not wish to book) to avoid disappointment.
If you've had fun on your family day out to LaserZone, tell us about it your visit, so other people will know it's a great place to go as well.
