Kirroughtree Visitor Centre

Come and see how artists have been inspired by Galloway Forest Park! The sculptures are found throughout the park and are waiting to be discovered; some are sited along popular routes, while others are hidden away for the kids to discover! Kids will love coming across them and being the first to spot one, keeping up with them is the only problem!

Kirroughtree has an extensive woodland play area that will delight and entertain most kids under 10. There is a variety of play equipment to encourage swinging, spinning, climbing and sliding, what's not to love?! There's also the Wild Watch Hide to be found, which is purportedly just behind an excellent spot to find red squirrels and woodland birds, so if you see it nip and keep schtum and see what you can see!
