Kingsmead Lesiure Centre offers 1m, 3m and 5m diving boards to the public; general swimming is catered for in the centre's three pools, including a beach pool for family use.
The centre also boasts a cr¨che facility, multi-purpose sports hall, solarium and a caf¨.
The Dance Studio and the Mind and Body studio both offer a range of exciting classes to get you fit and if that doesn't work, then the Reflexions Fitness Studio with its array of hi-tec equipment and trained instructors or the separate Cycle Studio will!
