Jesus Green Pool
Cambridge, CambridgeshireAbout Jesus Green Pool
Jesus Green Pool is around 90 metres long, and it ranges from 1.2 to 2.5 metres deep. Built in the traditional 1930s style it is the largest pool in Cambridge and one of the longest outdoor pools in the country! A great place to have a family splash about, cool down and build up some skills.
There are of course separate male and female changing and shower facilities provided, with a handy basket room for clothes storage. The pool has disabled toilet facilities and there is a hoist to enter the pool.
There are plenty of grassed and paved areas for sunbathing. As a bonus the pool is surrounded by mature trees that act as a windbreak, so wetsuits or costumes, it's up to you, but the pool is unheated so if you're going early in the day or on a cloudy one then probably the former!
There are nearby bus services (C2 and C4), pay and display parking and room for a whopping 200 bikes, so why not really make sure they sleep tonight and bike there and back?!
