An attractive collection of original and reconstructed local buildings, which provide a fascinating insight into times past.

For younger children there are farm animals, an adventure playground and special children's activities. Visitor Centre and Museum & Farm opens 1st April - 3rd November every day from 10am - 4.30pm.

My 2 year old and I love going to Greenfield Valley, Holywell, North Wales. It has a massive programme of events including pond dipping, Victoria farmer's wife (lovely baked food to try), Wildman of the woods, animal magic - the list goes on. There are animals there such as pigs, lambs, turkeys, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs, there's tractors and farming machinery as well as old stone buildings. There is even a working smithy shop. You can become a pass holder for the year with an individual which includes a child for £9.50 or a saver for families (up to 4 kids) for £26.50. Bargin. We love going.
