Greenacres Farm Park offers fun days out for children of all ages, including schools and playgroups, with lots of farm & zoo animals to see, together with rides, amusements, a licensed bar & pool and games room. Set in 80 acres of Welsh borderland the farm park creates a friendly, relaxing atmosphere for the whole family.

Nestling among the more unusual farmyard inhabitants are our Squirrel Monkeys, Lemur's, Llamas, Ostriches, Wallabies, Polecats and Chipmunks.

I visited Greenacres Farm park yesterday with my two year old and his two friends. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more… me or them!! What fantastic value for money. My son didn't stop smiling and running around for 5 hrs. Under 2's go free. The tractor ride in particular was great fun. You find yourself singing along to "I've got a brand new combine harvester" and "Old MacDonald" louder than the children. The staff make it a most enjoyable and safe place for little ones to run wild. The indoor Picnic area was brilliant… with children's entertainer and a place to shelter from the elements .. Not that the weather bothers the little ones. We were fortunate that the weather was fab. There is a great outdoor picnic area with park and plenty for the little ones of to do. Lots of animals to see Â… my son particularly enjoyed feeding the baby goats and is still talking abt cheering the pigs 'Pork Chop' & 'Bacon Butty' on as they raced the tractor ride round the field. All in all it's a great day out and incredible value for money. My only regret is that it's on our doorstep and we haven't been there sooner!

There is so much to do .. The itinerary is so well planned that you will find something to do at least every half hour between 11am and 4.30pm so you wont have to worry abt keeping the kids entertained. You need to pick up your tractor ride tickets at the café .. They are 70p each or 10 for £6 .. The kids can also use them on the mini fair which is ideal if you have very young children. All in all it's a great family day out. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
