Freightliner's farm, near Calendonian road. See cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, goats, lots of rabbit, geese and ducks. Has tea room but under reconstruction when we went. In any case, nearby essex road there is a giraffe.

We had brilliant hour at the farm, then went shopping in islington. Caledonian Road tube and Angel Islington are both escalator only exits for easy getting around with buggy.

We do strongly suggest you ring Freightliners Farm before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.
