Fife Institute of Physical & Recreational Education offers tennis courts, a teaching pool, a full pool with 1m and 3m springboards and a 5m platform and many more sporting opportunities besides for the older ones.

For the younger ones before or after their swim the drop in centre is available for children under five during the morning session and for children aged four to eight years on a Thursday evening.

Facilities include arts and crafts and a range of toys assessed by nursery trained staff.
