Farmer Palmers
Once in the Farm Park, Straw Mountain greets you with slides and tunnels ideal for the adventurous and climbing child.
Included in the 2000 sq. m of undercover facilities is the play barn with pedal tractors, pig bouncy castle and ball pits ideal for their co-ordination and balance. Next is the animal barn where you can take part in a timetable of bottle feeding baby lambs and goats, as well as have the opportunity to handle pigs, guinea pigs and groom ponies, an event every half hour!
Knowledgeable staff oversee these events. The daily cow milking demonstration (with Doreen & Valentine) is informative and entertaining, not to be missed!
Whatever the weather the clean, 2 tier, indoor soft playzones mean you?ll have a great day. There is a dedicated play area especially for toddlers 15mth to 21/2 yr old then a large 2-storey play zone is designed for 2 ? 7year olds.
Outdoor facilities include the large sand play frame area with running water, pedal go karts, cow bouncy castle, outside animal pens, peaceful woodland walk adjacent to the river and maize maze (July-Sept). The tractor-trailer ride is a bumpy experience then you too can say ?I survived the wild trailor ride!?
