From the M40 motorway to Junction 15 and follow signs to Stratford. Once in town, with the River Avon / Gower Memorial on your left, turn left in Waterside and first right into Sheep Street.
The Railway Station is approximately 10-15 minutes walk away and there is a park and ride facility

The museum is accessed via the 500 year old cobbled courtyard and there are stairs and uneven floors, so may restrict those with poor mobility.
