Eureka! The National Children's Museum

"what are we doing today?"

Located next to Halifax Train Station the Eureka! The National Children's Museum can be found at end of a Yellow Brick Road.

Eureka! is a magical place where children play to learn and grown-ups learn to play. Eureka! is the leading childrens museum in the UK and gives children aged 0-11 a fun-packed day out. Everything at Eureka! has been designed to inspire children to find out about themselves and the world around them.

Exploring the different galleries, children can see their own skeleton, catch a wave, save a polar bear, build a house and even get a job at the Post Office, all in a days play! Outdoors they can twist, turn, climb or play hide and seek at Eurekas! new outdoor PlayScape and Sensory Trail then dig on the Eureka! inland beach.

Eureka! has a fun-packed programme of events every holiday and half term visit our website for more details.
