We’ve even got WiFi in the kitchen, so you can stay for the afternoon and work on your laptop, as our cook rustles up fresh flapjacks, cakes and delicious dishes of the day in the world’s biggest Polka Dot Aga.

Emma Bridgewater factory is located in the heart of the Potteries. Car Using your sat nav? Put in Pelham Street and you’ll get the best directions to our factory which is on the corner of Pelham St and Lichfield St. We’re just a few miles from the M6. Follow signs for City Centre and then pick up the brown signs. We have our own car park with free parking Rail We’re just a few minutes taxi ride from Stoke-on-Trent railway station.
School holidays are great fun at Emma Bridgewater. Check the website for dressing up days, craft events and themed weeks. For the youngest children, check out Tots Tuesdays every week! We welcome visitors with disabilities – but advise you call us to discuss as the factory is old and floors can be uneven.
