Our programme combines an exciting mix of dance activities, P.E.

and musical fun to develop children’s creativity and physicality.

Preparing for movement through warm-ups is a great way to begin each class and leads beautifully into our wide range of themed, progressive dance, P.E. and musical sections of the session.

Each week, children are taken on a new adventure that they will love, physically exploring pre-school themes such as Amazing Animals, At The Circus and Up, Up And Away!
