Crazy Kiln is a friendly and relaxing paint your own pottery studio, providing creative fun for children of all ages! Offering all-inclusive prices with no studio fee, our range of paintable ceramic shapes is the largest in the area with over 60 pottery items that will appeal especially to youngsters.
During school holidays Crazy Kiln hold weekly clay workshops and there is also the Crazy Clay After School Club every Wednesday during term time. With a comfortable well lit studio, Crazy Kiln is the perfect venue for children’s parties.

We have a selection of party packages for you to choose from and you can even plug your iPod into our speakers and sing whilst painting!
At Crazy Kiln we also specialise in hand and footprints on pottery, in clay or as 3D outprints. Crazy Kiln is the ideal place for your children to make presents for family members and friends.

We serve hot Fairtrade drinks and a selection of cold drinks.

From Warwick Road turn into Waverley Road then take the first left into Bertie Road. At the end of Bertie Road you can either park in Waitrose or follow the road round to the left and enter the main town car park on your right. Millar Court is opposite both Waitrose and the main town car park.

Please make sure you book as we do get very busy. You should allow 60 – 90 minutes for your visit. The latest time to start painting is 1 hour before closing. Wheelchair access but no disabled toilet.
