Conisbrough Castle
Kids love castles, and even though it is mostly ruins, Conisbrough Castle has a 90ft-high great white circular keep with six buttresses is the oldest surving of its type in England.
Constructed in 1180AD from local limestone the tower was saved from destruction during the Civil War and today is a compelling and unique sight to behold.
