Cockermouth Sports Centre offers climbing opportunities to older children when supervised.

Up to 7m block with stone inserts and enhanced structural wall. Bendcrete moulded concrete bouldering section, built 1991. Mats provided. 280 sq m of wall surface. Courses available. Sports centre facilities. No gear hire.

We do strongly suggest you ring Cockermouth Sports Centre before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.
