Manchester's Chill Factore brings the complete Alpine ski village experience to the UK for the first time.

Situated off junction 10 of the M60, next to the Trafford Centre, there's plenty of free parking available and entry to the Alpine village is free.

There's something to entertain the whole family, from whizzing down the slope on sledges or snow tubes, or enjoying a thrill-seeking experience on the ice luge slide. There's even a 12 metre climbing wall to tackle in the Alpine village. And younger children can have lots of fun exploring the magical children's snowplay area.

Friendly, professional instructors are on hand to introduce the whole family to skiing or snowboarding on the dedicated nursery slope, while those who've skied before can take advantage of the year-round perfect snow conditions on the UK's longest real snow indoor slope.

A range of cafes, bars and restaurants are available in the Alpine village street, including Nando's, Wetherspoon's Castle in the Air, Chilli's Sports Bar and the Eiger or Mont Blanc restaurants. You can pop in for a hot chocolate in the slope-side Cafe Extreme coffee shop or treat the kids to an award-winning Frederick's Ice Cream.

Chill Factore can cater for all dietary requirements and has a large variety of food options. Milking warming facilities are available upon request.

There are toilets located throughout Chill Factore. These include disabled access toilets, baby changing facilities and changing rooms.

Chill Factore is situated just off junction 10 of the M60, less than four miles from the centre of Manchester. Free parking is available for visitors.

Advance booking of snow activities is highly recommended. Please allow adequate travelling time. During busy periods, please arrive an hour before your activity is due to commence to allow enough time to collect your tickets, equipment and to get changed. All equipment (helmet, skis/board and boots) is included and you can bring your own warm clothing (clothing is also available to hire).
