Camber Sands

Mountainous sand dunes and vast expanses so even when it's full you can find a space for yourselves.

A variety of water sports are available, and swimming is quite safe when the sea is calm so there is no lifeguard cover.

Kite boarding and kite buggying are both popular at the eastern end of the beach.

The tide returns notoriously fast here so be on your guard for that and don't get stranded on the outcrops.

Immediate facilities include toilets with disabled access, cafe, restaurant, shops, lost child centre and first aid post, and there are windbreaks for hire.

Dogs have restricted access but it is clearly signposted there.
