Man-made caves used as a butcher's, a salting chamber and an apothecary's shop with a domed store cave and an ice house.
These 13thC workings and artefacts are thought to be medieval underground caves for commercial and domestic use.
There is a unique domed store cave, an ice house and also butcher's caves.
