Bodmin and Wenford Railway
About Bodmin and Wenford Railway
Bodmin and Wenford Railway allows you to discover the nostalgia and excitement of steam travel, with a journey evocative of a 1950s Steam Branch line, on the Bodmin Railway.
Everyone will enjoy the 13 mile return journey from Bodmin General Station, through Glynn Valley, to Bodmin Parkway, then through Camel Valley to Boscarne. The principle station, Bodmin General, has been beautifully restored to reflect the 1950s, and has an Exhibition Coach that features displays and artefacts about the railway and its history, plus a Workshop viewing area, which has locomotives and rolling stock on display.
