Blooming Kids

Blooming Kids! is a place especially created for pre school children and babies.

We have created colourful indoor and outdoor rooms for creative, educational and interactive play, all within a beautiful, historic building.

We offer toys, games, climbing frames, soft toys and equipment, giant sandpit, swings, cooked chimney cottage and lots more.

Parents can relax and eat and drink on comfortable leather sofas, with the play areas!

Our large, stylish cafe offers fresh coffee, breakfasts, lunches, cream teas and fresh cakes. Children are catered for with an extensive children's menu, including 7 healthy hot meals and 4 cold meal deals.

On site, we also have a ceramic painting studio for older children, gift shop, plant centre and battery powered bicycles for hire.

Cafe serving fresh coffee, cakes, cream teas, full breakfasts, hot lunches, ice creams, homemade food range, smoothies and milkshakes.

Low fat milkshakes, fruit smoothies, gluten free bread and cakes, healthy children's food (no chips).

Garden gifts, local arts and crafts, nautical gifts, wall art, quality handmade preserves, chutneys and biscuits. Also plants and palms.

Disabled toilet; little persons toilet; baby changing including free wipes and nappy sacks; steps for toilet.

Take A354 into Weymouth from A35 at Dorchester, follow signs for Town Centre and cross Swannery Bridge. Turn right at roundabout along Commercial Road; turn first right into Melcombe Regis carpark. Blooming Kids! is located within The Palm House in the corner of the carpark.
